Reset virt-manager

After I reinstalled the OS virt-manager has kept the preferences. I need to reset it totally.
I searched in the home partition (that wasn' t formatted) "virt-manager", i only found /home/.cache/virt-manager. I deleted it.
After I discovered that: in .cache/dconf there is a "user" file but is only the virtual connection setting. (I deleted it).
Then I found and deleted /etc/libvirtd where I found the some settings but nothing.
I also tried with "apt purge".

No, I want to have virt-manager as if it was the first time.
Since I reinstalled debian somewhere in the home partition there are some file. Where?
The first time it stated something like: need permission to work fix it?
Now I get error: Permission denied. The storage is in the /.
So I need to completely reset it or fix the permission.
It kept the preferences so somewhere there are the virt-manager' s file.

What exactly do you mean by "preferences"?

What is virt-manager doing wrong that you wish to fix?

Deleting random system files is *never* a good idea.

Oh,
there's no file you need, if you set up a fresh user then that user needs added to some groups
maybe libvirt libvirt-qemu kvm

I reinstalled debian how did it keep the preferences?
When I installed the first time ask me to correct permission.
After the reinstallation it kept preferences saved path, network created... everything.
The / was formatted. Must be in the home folder.
