Good morning,
I am new to linux and debian. I am running debian 9 (stable) with kde5 on an older Dell laptop. I have activated the auto login options within the login screen (sddm) panel; auto login and relogin after quit. Both of these features seem to be working. However, I haven't been able to activate an auto login feature after the laptop is suspended (i.e., when I close the lid).
I have searched the web but haven't found anything helpful. If it is possible to enable auto login after suspension I would appreciate any guidance and suggestions.

@bw123,
Thank you, that was it. I suspected there was a menu option for this, I just couldn't find it.
