Offline Google Docs? Package required to properly enable?

#1 Post by Ilovelinux »

I'm trying to get offline google docs editing working. My installation is via debootstrap, using i3wm. I need Google Docs on the go if possible. I've enabled offline in my chromium browser, I've added the extensions. But when selecting or hitting the shortcuts to Docs / Sheets the browser just says no internet connection. It doesn't go straight to the offline editor. I'm puzzled at best. Suggestions?

The comments for that plugin suggest that it doesn't work very well, if at all.
