debian 10 enable ufw?

#1 Post by hthi »

debian 10

On debian 9 I installed ufw
then command

Code: Select all

sudo ufw enable
Now it says about debian 10 that apparmor is
installed.

Should I install and
enable ufw? Thank you.

The programs have different functions: UFW is a firewall, apparmor is a mandatory access control framework.

Why do you think you need a firewall?

The packages will not interfere with each other?

I know people say it is not required.
Like installing clam to check for viruses.
