How do i download an exe file.
Have a Logitec k400r keyboard and the install file is an .exe file. Very new to Debian. Cant seem to find how to install the file.

The short answer is that's a Windows program file, and you usually don't run those on Linux.
If you're wondering about a Linux driver for the keyboard, those are mostly part of the kernel. Debian has a program called solaar that you might be looking for: https://packages.debian.org/buster/solaar
