I am not able to use Bluetooth in Debian 10, it appears as no adapter available, does anyone have any tips?

I get the information below:

Many Bluetooth adapters require nonfree firmware, which is not included in the standard Debian ISO.

Since this is a hardware problem, can you tell us what Bluetooth adapter you have? For most laptops, they are part of the wi-fi chipset.
The MX Linux repositories: Backports galore! If we don't have something, just ask and we'll try--we like challenges. New packages: Calibre 3.48.0, QMPlay2 19.09.03, wine-staging 4.16, Telegram-desktop 1.8.8, Pale Moon 28.7.1, Waterfox 56.2.14
