Where is the "Trash"?

#1 Post by fender0107401 »

Debian 10.0.0 is released. Very good!

However, I can't find the "Trash" after the installation. :shock:

Desktop environment is Mate.

The directory should be here. Make a shortcut, perhaps.

~/.local/share/Trash/files

I was a bit puzzled by that but the answer is:
Control Center, MATE TWEAK and tick the Trash box.
DebianStable

Code: Select all

$ vrms

No non-free or contrib packages installed on debian! rms would be proud.

Also as long as you left it as the default view so far if you open Caja(your file manager) it will show in the list of places on the left side.
