Does Debian have NSA modules installed?

Hi, does Debian kernel 4.19 have any NSA modules installed, and how can I disable the speck module?

The speck kernel module was removed for v4.20: http://lkml.iu.edu/hypermail/linux/kern ... 06067.html

It looks like Debian have backported this for their stable LTS branch:
