How to remove kaccessibleapp

New to Debian running Debian 9 on a KDE desktop after a long absence. Following upgrades I find I have among other problems, unwanted apps appearing, in particular kaccessibleapp. I cannot get rid of it, can somebody please help.

There isn't a package called kaccessibleapp. It's part of the package kaccessible. You could purge kaccessible if you don't need its features.
