Debian showing red green blue screen

I dual booted Debian 10.0.0 with windows 10 and right after installing Debian I selected Debian on the grub menu.

But I now see a red then green then blue color screen in a loop.

My PC is HP ProOne 400 G2 non-touch all-in-one.

I don't know what other information I should provide. Ask me if you need more information.

Are you able to run rescue mode?

Do you see any text scroll by as it boots, or does it go straight into the messed up graphics?

If straight into messed up mode, is that frozen or show movement?

Can you hit the Esc key after booting to get it to show anything, or <Ctl> <Alt><F1> after a minute or two to get to a text mode login?

And since this is a hardware issue, if you could install a hardware profile tool on Windows and give us the result, that'll help a lot.

Even in rescue mode the same thing happens.
