Debian Testing - Debian GNU/Linux bullseye/sid

Hello,
I upgraded to testing from current stable by changing "sources.list" file in this way:

I use Gnome Desktop Environment and in About Panel (Settings > Details > About) the name of the system is Debian GNU/Linux bullseye/sid. Isn't "sid" unstable version of Debian? Did I do something wrong?

No, that's how it is. The testing distribution, Bullseye, goes hand in hand with the unstable distribution, sid (the evil neighbor kid next door who breaks all the toys).

I put security lines for testing because on Debian wiki page (https://wiki.debian.org/Status/Testing) it says:

In order to have a secure testing installation, you must run apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade to update your system on a regular basis and have the following in your SourcesList:

deb-src http://security.debian.org testing-security main contrib non-free

I also use Debian Stable in the same computer. I tried Debian Backports and upgraded Linux Kernel but later I decided to have a clean and untouched Debian stable. Because of that I use Debian Stable and I try to use Debian testing.

Additionally, I use an app called "Minitube" but in Debian Stable it doesn't work. It works in Debian testing without a problem.

Finally, in Debian stable I cannot get voice from headphones and I use Pavucontrol to choose Headphones as Output Devices and it works. I tried Debian Testing to see if it would work without using Pavucontrol app. But same problem still exists.

I use minitube in Debian Stable but had to backport it from sid the same way as detailed in my old topic viewtopic.php?f=20&t=104399 because the 2.9-1 version in Buster doesn't work.
