#1 Post by say_hello »

dear community,

how to get FileZilla from version 3.24 to 3.44 ?

BTW - Is filezilla included in the current release ...

i have 3.24 on my machine - and want to get the newest one.

Code: Select all

3.44.2 (2019-08-15)
Bugfixes and minor changes:
MSW: Fixed a crash if using predefined sites through fzdefaults.xml
Fixes to protocol selection glitches in the Site Manager
Increase maximum length of response lines when using FTP
3.44.1 (2019-08-09)
how to do that?!

love to hear from you

You can always check what is in the repos:
Online - https://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=filezilla
From terminal in the installed system -

Code: Select all

apt policy filezilla
“ computer users can be divided into 2 categories:
Those who have lost data
...and those who have not lost data YET ”
Remember to BACKUP!
