Can't boot into Debian after Grub, among other problems

#1 Post by Iniri »

This is a bit of an odd issue. I just installed Debian on my computer after messing up my Ubuntu desktop and deciding it was time to switch (I'd been wanting to move to Debian for a while). However, after the grub screen, booting into normal Debian causes this screen to appear in an endless loop after a while. https://imgur.com/63ffWr3. I tried booting into recovery mode and looked at the system logs, to see if I could tell what the problem was. I cannot. I also can't power off the system without forcing it to shut down. (https://imgur.com/clUDDHJ https://imgur.com/6qXoxcu https://imgur.com/UsUSsT5 are the errors and https://imgur.com/d0hr8qa when I try and power off.) I'm on an ASUS Tuf Gaming 504 with a Win10 dual boot. (Edit: formatting)
