Not starting up on Acer A315-41-R7V9 (Ryzen 3 2200U)

During installation some non-os-packages were missing, I was able to find the aetheros-component but skipped the other.

I end up with those screens on startup:

I tried adding pci=noaer or pci=nomsi or pci=nommconf, as I read in similar issues, but none of those worked.

And I've got another issue: If the battery is drained, the bios is reset and I can't boot anymore unless I manually deactivate UEFI and reselect grub64.efi.

Try to install this to start and clarify:
firmware-amd-graphics
firmware-atheros
firmware-linux-nonfree

+ looks like you need some BIOS adjustments.
+ did you try pci=noapic kernel boot option ?

Copy grubx64.efi to $ESP/EFI/BOOT/bootx64.efi to enable your system to boot even when the NVRAM entries are lost.

I did this, but I still need to change UEFI to 'disabled' every time this happens.

And it happens often, because it seems that the laptop is not going to suspend as expected. Any ideas on that?

Disabling UEFI then selecting grubx64.efi to boot makes no sense at all.

Try a newer kernel version, see my [FAQ] in the HowTo section for details.

My USB stick isn't detected if UEFI is enabled, that's why I needed to disable it.

The newer kernel fixed it, thanks.
