I tried to create a Debian OS on a 64 GB USB.
First of all is there a limit for the USB to get Linux OS onto it?
Since I could create a bootable OS on a 16 GB but not beyond this limt.
All I get there error is
Failed to create a file system
The ext4 file system creation in partition #1 ... failed.
In fact I am trying to get it installed in a 128 Micro SD.
Any one had loaded the OS on such a scale.
Your feed back is highly useful.

How is your USB stick formatted? Is there anything else on it?
What kind of install are you trying to make? Are you trying to install every Debian app? That will total only about 12.4Gb.

If you download everything, e.g. because you have no Internet connection (a) you will end up with lots of stuff you do not need (b) stuff will go out of date.
How? What app? Are you using to create a partition?

The USB is san disk not files, blank. Tried with both NTFS and FAT32 formatting
separately. Both are not working.
IT is not able to create the partition directory of default or manual.
Partition I created that comes along with the bootable installation disk.
There is no prior option to select what is to install. I just want Debian from
the bootable disk.
