using thinkpad.
i installed fprintd and related to get the fingerprint scanner working for login. the scanning works. But it does not decrypt my ecryptfs home after login.
it had added itself as an auth method above the below line in etc/pam.d/common-auth

auth [success=1 default=ignore] pam_unix.so nullok_secure
but still fingerprint scan to unlock ecryptfs home doesn't work.
internet says that ecryptfs passphrase can only be unwrapped by password.
My question is has anyone managed to get fingerprint scan to unlock ecryptfs locked home?
