I have downloded the 3 iso what software do i ihve to use to merge these file or what file i got to edit to merge

Do you want to make one giant ISO file from those? If so, I think you really are attacking your problem from the wrong angle.

Maybe if you tell us what the problem is that you're trying to solve, we can suggest a better solution.
