gdm user switch button breakdown

hi all,

when my cinnamon desktop environment locks with user U1, i can't succeed in login another user U2 with gdm: seems it's like the user switch button has no effect, and does not come back to login screen

i already viewed the disable_user_switch param with gconf-editor, i have a picture if needed, but it s not ckecked

does any one have an idea to enable the user switch button (i precise the button is not disabled, but it don't works)

Hi,

No thé button is présent but it has no effect when pressing (pushing) on it

Are you saying that you cannot logout user one?

No i Can logout, but i cant Switch user, ( i need to login 2 or more users using desktop: this is a family desktop)

Which Display Manager are you using?

i with cinnamon, i give you a fresh result of `env` and `inxi -F` commands if needed

maybe it's useful to know that i upgraded from stretch a few month ago ( i think 02-2020 or 03-2020)
