When I install a program then how can I find which directories and files using with that program and in which parts of my system that program have permission and what kind of permission?

Man pages for each program would be best option, if that does not give the answer, install source and study that.

In Android, when you install an application and run it then Android ask you about the permissions that application needed. Anything similar for Linux?
