When i start some application like vlc, audacious or youtube video there is constant noise on laptop speakers. I try with headphones but same problem.
Everything works fine before. I use alsa with pulseaudio on top of it.
My microphone is on mute.
Any ideas?
Thanks and sorry for my bad english.

Re: Sound problem on Debian 10
Install pavucontrol to try to see what might be wrong .. also use same /etc/pulse/default.pa from stretch on buster...grobar87 wrote:Hi,

and restart pulseaudio configuration:
0- purge pulseaudio: rm -rf .config/pulse/
1- restart configuration: pulseaudio -k
2- reboot just in case, after 1 and 2
I dont know, I migrated to buster, and pulseaudio didnt work until I followed previous steps.. (I had to copy default.pa)
