New to Debian (or new to Linux), my Testing is broken.

New install won't boot.

The cynical part of me wants to add, 'Will you help me with my homework project?'

Most of the problems of the day will show on the current View active topics page. It hurts to see multiple threads on the same subject.

Is it possible to get a newer version of [package X] on Stable?
Firefox and Chromium* need their own subcategories.

*I tried backporting Sid's new version, but I get a clang-related error, even when I throw clang-8, -9, and -10 at it. :(
How's it working for you unstable guys?

I've been trying unstable in virtualbox, I installed Firefox 84 from the repo and it works

Thanks for the suggestions, I've added a newer software link and I'll work on the boot issues tomorrow (or so).

Well, I meant Chromium...I see the 0.4 update in Sid's changelog advertises "changes to allow building in Buster", so I'll try that backport later. I didn't see any separate va-api patch this time, so maybe it's been mainstreamed in the code.
