http://forums.debian.net is now in Beta

Today I've decided to launch forums.debian.net into beta. Please report any problems to admin@forums.debian.net

I decided to make this available to the Debian community because, based on the popularity of such a webforum on a certain other GNU/Linux distribution, apparantly quite some people like it to be able to use a webforum. So, here it is, and lets see whether (part of) the Debian user community also likes it.
