A Fairly Accurate Linux Distro Chooser

I had nothing to do today and I was just looking around, but then I found this Linux Distro Chooser at http://www.zegeniestudios.net/ldc/
Have any of you tried it? I ended up with:
1: Debian (but your computer may be too slow), 2: Slackware (does not have application Library), 3: Arch (does not have application Library), and 4: Fedora Core (your computer may be too slow).
Besides my questioning how my computer may be too slow for Debian, and how Arch has no application library, It was quite accurate!
I am curious as to what other Debian users have ended up with.

Weird, it lists Kubuntu and Debian for my choices.. the weird thing is, what made Kubuntu show up there

Apparently, Kubuntu is the Distro for "Everyone"

I would rather use kubuntu than FC or RedHat...
I took that a while ago and debian was the first one to come up.

It suggested Fedora for me (Debian next, but my computer might be too slow since it's old...even though I spent 3500 on it back in 2003 and it's still kicking butt).

I agree, I'd rather use Kubuntu than Fedora. Although Kubuntu's KDE is highly unstable. The problem with this distro chooser is that it doesn't take anything into account except for specs. Fedora is slow, has horrible repo maintenance, packages suck, you can't use yum to do an upgrade from one release to another, etc. So who cares what the specs are, it's a POS. What's more, why isn't Debian listed for older machines? Seems to me Debian would be better than Fedora.

I have no idea, Debian has been really stable on my computer. I pulled my computer out of the dump in the days of Woody, and now I have etch. I have not reinstalled once, but with FC I would have had to reinstall for each release.

I just took the test and it recommended Mandrive, OpenSuse, Ubuntu, and Fedora. It also said that maybe I would like Kubuntu or Debian, but I might not since I'm a beginner.

Lies Lies, this is all lies! LOL I'm a beginner that doesn't want everything handed to me. If I'm not tinkering with Debian everyday then I'm just reading about it, trying to learn new things I may have missed. Or maybe I shouldn't have answered "beginner" for those questions. I really don't know how to judge how far I am with Linux. I know I feel pretty newbish when I read this forum. We need a test to take to determine how smart you are with linux! Or maybe one of you should make one

I got 10/10 right as well, but Im no way a Linux Master lol...more like a step up from n00b, but under an experienced user =). I know how to make things work =)
