Hello,

sarge is 2.4
etch can run 2.4.27
lenny is 2.6.18 minimum
squeeze 2.6.22 minimum

I guess. How to be sure and accurate about those kernels, based on our repositories.

Regarding the ISO files, r0 to r8 for instance, how to know which kernel they 'll make installed?

If you have a pc without cdrom and you try to do :

- business install
- netinst install
- and hard disk install

you will NOT be capable to install.

Please fix it into the debian installer. The issue is there since long time.
