Re: boot failure
There are a lot of articles out there on troubleshooting booting issues in linux.
Try some of them.
You indicated there are other messages you are getting.
Can you give more info?

Is sudo preferred to run as root?
As the topic suggests is sudo preferred ?
If it is why isn't it setup on install?
What is the preferred method to set it up (instructions)?

So how is the topic being answered here?
I don't see it.
Is the answer use KDE instead of something that looks like Windows from the 90's?

Re: How to report general issue (not knowing in which package is issue)
They do offer an email address that you can report a bug to. You should provide some information so they can reproduce the bug. Make sure it is a bug and not some issue that happens because of a hardware failure. Try to make it happen so you can describe the steps to cause the issue. Edit: https://w...

Re: Debian 9 to 11
I haven't went from 9 to 11. But when I have done something similar I made sure I copied my config files so I could reference them to build the new ones. I use iRedmail on a mail server so that is a little different to upgrade. If I were you I would make a new partition for 11 and build it separate....

Re: Bluetooth adapter not found - kde
No disrespect to anyone here but if it takes me to have to remove the cover with those little torx screws (which I already screwed up 2 of them the last time I removed the cover) I would rather do without using the bluetooth. I still believe this is some kind of linux issue since and I am sorry for ...

Re: Bluetooth adapter not found - kde
bw123 Thanks for digging up and going through my old notes on the MX forum. I will relook at those. You can see I tried to get this working almost 2 years ago. Re: Bluetooth adapter not found - kde
I turned off my 2.4 Ghz on my router to see if that would help.
I read something about bluetooth interference with 2.4 Ghz wireless.
Still no good so far.
