in file /etc/initramfs-tools/initramfs.conf, then regenerate initrd.
If you know the exact name of module(s), you can write it to /etc/initramfs-tools/modules.

Download precompiled busybox with math enabled: https://busybox.net/downloads/binaries/latest/
chmod +x busybox-armv7l && ./busybox-armv7l sh
or replace the shebang in debootstrap script to this busybox.
