I switched from Ubuntu Mate to Debian because I didn't want the snap packages and other stuff imposed by Canonical.
I tried Debian before but now I'll keep it for good.

What tells you that it must be 2MB/s? Is that your internet connection speed? Have you tested the connection speed using any of the online services like speedtest.net? Thanks for your answer. I tried something: I installed kernel 4.4 from jessie-backports and now it's much better, the speed is 300Mb/s But there is still a little problem, when i download something from the internet, speed is about 1.3 MB/s but it must be 2 MB/s Nobody else was connected to my netwo...
