Aki Ok,,after much wrangling,,The fix was to change the channel (default) in the NM hotspot settings to 'channel1' ,, wich was the only channl showing to choose from. Never had to do this previously and noticed the card was always broadcasting on channel 13. Now,,,ALL Android devices does see this ...
