Re: Debian 12.7: cannot access Sagemcom F@ST 3896 modem using samba
I access network folders with Thunar, actually samba is working since years in thunar with other PCs win and Linux as well Probably the latest samba update moved it to smb2 (I have smb2) and the router doesn't support it or who knows it I've asked Sagemcom if that router supports smb2, let us see if...

Debian 12.7: cannot access Sagemcom F@ST 3896 modem using samba
usb drive shared on router via samba Sagemcom F@ST 3896
Debian 12.7
I get an auth request and I don't find the way to access it, I've tried several user/passwd (samba's one, router's one, etc)
It did work in the past but after some upgrade it stopped working

Although I just have one printer...

Re: Menu application item gone
Right that's the way I did it and it sounds very logical to do it as root all thought you have sudo all commands
I can't add it to the panel, that's what I tried without success, I get the error message I described

How can I get rid of the default keyring and use the login keyring? the default keyring isn't unlocked at login, actually not one of both is unlocked at login, there must be some config files in where to change this behaviour ...

Keyring unlock
Debian 10.4 XFCE
After installing brave browser, I'm asked to unlock the keyring the first time I launch brave.
Is there a way to solve this without leaving it with a blank passwd?
