Couldyou possibly be running to many virtual machine or other prosser and memory intensive applications or processes, like compiling a use case specific kernel?

I actually use Vivaldi,firefox, chrome, opera and duckduckgo because differb=ant sites dont render correctly in some browsers so I like to keep several other browsers at hand to copy and pasted urls into so I can get correct rendering of said website.

May I suggest that ou provide us with logfiles that way we may be able to diagnose and solve your problem faster amoung several members and the varying knowledge of configuring apache and ypur access control and security configuration files.
