Well, I think so, that there is a problem with PS/2 port, but I also think so, that there has to be some causation, why this happens. It is too easy to say just ps2 port is broken somehow and so, it is unsolvable. Because: 1. track point and touchpad don't react properly up to the bios settings. 2. ...

So I'm just trying Ubuntu LiveCD, mouse still does not work, I think that there is some inner problem, which should be solved, to let it work properly, but if there are not any other ideas, problem goes probably under the ground on the graveyard.

Yes, the red light shines, since I plug it in. Modprobe psmouse doesn't help, mouse cursor just hides for a while, till I use a touchpad. /etc/rsyslog.d/ remains empty. /etc/rsyslog.conf doesn't show me something interesting - some advices how to find, what you exactly need, to recognize some effect...
