ext4 won for me at due to the speed of the first fsck.

I turn off my computer to save power so I hit the 20-30 boot threshold to force a filesystem check fairly quickly. My 2 terabyte drive takes around 2-5 seconds. I no longer have any need to disable or postone these checks.

dropbox only required the software for uploading.

I've been using it on all my machines. It works fine for me.
