There's no solution to a few dependency issues other than a complete reinstall? We could probably cleanse the system of the DMO stuff but I just tried an installation of yt-dlp from there in my bookworm test system and I had to gut it completely to get rid of all foreign packages. I'll ...

Remove all the deb-multimedia packages (dmo).
Ideally, all foreign packages should be removed prior to a dist-upgrade to avoid exactly these issues, as stated in the upgrade instructions in the Release Notes.

See that "dmo" in the package name? That means the package is from Deb Multimedia, an unofficial third party repo which is notorious for creating dependency problems like this. That prefix "10" in the dmo one ...
