Hi everyone, i have problems running Packet Tracer on debian Buster. in Linux Mint the software run without problems, but in debian i receive the next error.
./PacketTracer7: relocation error: ./libQt5WebEngineCore.so.5: symbol jpeg_skip_scanlines version LIBJPEG_8.0 not defined in file libjpeg.so.8 with link time reference
anyone can help me, i reed a lots of forums without solution.

How did you install "Packet Tracer"? That has to be the question, and if you remember with what versions of Debian they said it was compatible.

I installed with .deb who is available in the web of cisco, the previous versions 7.2.1 works perfectly con the same configuration, in the web they not especify a version of debian, only tell linux installer.

libjpeg8 has been removed from Buster. Cisco needs to get off their rear and update the application.

I thought the appimage should not need the external system libjpeg package--that's kind of the whole point.
