Hello
we are using a 3cx pbx (v16 latest)
We saw via wireshark that some calls we quited by 3cx with a "bye" (after 1-2 minutes)
3cx forum community suggested to doublecheck time settings, he said:
Typical problem of a PBX in virtualized environments: time. Turn off the time transfer to the VM and let the VM get its time itself. When a VM gets its time from the host, the clock hops. This rarely plays an essential role, but it does with a PBX. Then apt update && apt -y install ntp
> Switch off the time transfer to the VM
It is a Vmware Exsi carrier system host 6.7. (guess there is a switch in the webgui for it)
> and let the VM fetch their own time
with which debian cmd commands can I do this in the 3cx "terminal" and, if necessary, undo it?
Thx + best regards
