For the past few weeks now, my server (on baremetal, debian 10 kerenl version 5.10.0-9-amd64) has been sitting at 100% CPU usage, but when looking at [h]top there are no obvious culprits. And yes, I have shown kernel threads in htop.
Below are some screenshots of the system
I notice that in top it says that the only CPU usage I have is niced processes, although I am not too sure where this is meant to lead me.
Any suggestion on how I can solve this or where I can start looking would be great

100% CPU usage with no process using that much CPU.

Hello,
Try running an iostat -D to check out the disk random access. I don't see if is user time. To ensure is not a disk related issue.
Check what avg service time you have.
