I found a good 'or not' way that helped me. Its the 'system rescue disk'. I tried a Debian way; I tried my way and I couldn't get on. I tried the system rescue CD I burnt from Distrowatch.com and it got me logged in where I could take out the Nvidia drivers and go back to Nouveau. :D

It has been pointed out to me that I didn't read the "OP" thoroughly enough, my bad, I am forever shamed and sentenced to 1000 lashes from the Debian elitist gods, roflmfao!

The ninja posted this Howto when he was just a regular forum member and long before he was promoted.
Back in the old days of yore, most posting members ran sid and talked about how to run it better everyday.

Maybe he should put a big red warning on the OP so
all of us with poor eyesite can point at it and say " see - see " :D
In memory of Ian Ashley Murdock (1973 - 2015) founder of the Debian project.

Love the red giant font thing, very cute, I obviously did that on purpose because an idiot was getting up my nose in a different thread, which seems to be a fairly common bad habit around this forum.

Edit: I guess locking the thread or even editing the thread title of the "OP" to state it's old or obsolete would make way too much sense, lol, for us blind ass idiots. You forgot how to think like a noob.
