Cant boot Debian Bullseye after installation/enryption

#1 Post by debianhelp123 »

Hey guys and gals,

after the installation of debian11 i dont get asked for the encryption PW the boot process just stops there.

Cant find anything about this problem.

Without encryption debian11 works fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks

I'm having a similar problem after installation. I'm just going straight to the bios setup menu. No error message or anything.

What's odd is I don't see any "booting devices" listed in the boot menu... What's wrong ?

I installed Grub on the main disk (SDD drive) on which I have an encrypted volume. I'm on an ASUS F15 TUF506LH-HN218.

Can somebody help me to find out what's wrong plz ?

@lapsana Please don't tag your problem onto the end of someone else's thread, as similar as it might be. Please start your own thread...

Ok ... I thought if I created a new thread for the same problem someone would have told me that a similar thread was already opened elsewhere ... but ok
