Since upgrading from Debian 10 to 11, the file chooser used by Inkscape, Firefox, etc. always returns a blank result when searching an NFS mounted directory. This problem does not appear when searching a local directory. It does happen in every desktop environment I tried: XFCE, MATE, Cinnamon and Plasma.
I'm not entirely sure what's responsible for this file chooser, but this post (viewtopic.php?f=19&t=141432&p=695871&hi ... er#p695871) makes it sound like GTK. Other sources made me think it was Qt5.
Here are my NFS mount options (unchanged from Debian 10).
nfs rw,async,_netdev,x-systemd.automount 0 0
Any ideas what might be causing this?

Re: Debian 11 file chooser NFS bug
I never did figure this out. Had to revert back to Debian 10 for now.
