No, its a simple broadband connection with cable without anything special in router or something. Maybe there is something problem with my ISP.

Also I have not encounterd any issues with Debian Wiki. Might well be time to consult your ISP as you pondered.

I talked to our ISP and they said they don’t have any blocking setting that would cause that. They suggested me using Traceroute to see where the connection stops and I got the result shown in the picture:

I get that if I use ProtonVPN.
