I wonder why firmware-testing-amd64-netinst.iso in https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/unof ... 64/iso-cd/ updated very often ? Maybe when a final update ?

That's "daily-builds" as stated in the URL. If you want the stable version (most likely you do), download the stable image currently 11.5 -

The testing installer is mainly intended to test the installer. It is not guaranteed to work properly at any particular time.

Typically, the Testing ISO is generated weekly. Yes, there are daily builds. I used to always grab the weekly builds of testing but sometimes there are issues (at least on my system) so, I currently get a better environment when installing STABLE, then bumping it to either Testing or Sid.
