dpkg problem

#1 Post by Eldon »

I'm having some weird issues with ubuntu ever since upgrading to 19.10. I think virtualbox may have something to do with it. Whenever I run

Code: Select all

 sudo apt-get install
i get an error

Code: Select all

E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.

Ubuntu is not supported here so post moved to Offtopic. Not polite to hijack other people's unrelated topics, you should start a new one for a new issue.
I suspect this is a spambot post but giving you the benefit of doubt for now.

What a shame the error message doesn't provide some advice as to which command to run to fix the problem
