I looked for a background for Bullseye and frankly didn't see anything that pleased me. Most were, IMO, kind of garish. So I modified a Buster background (Debian 10) so that it it is now Debian 11. Uploaded to ibb.co, but not sure if it is coming through. Maybe I need to use a different web site. Found it. Here it is. It is a 5:4 format. Of course it is scaled down so as to display properly in this post. If interested let me know and I can upload the full size image to ibb.co. Or I could send it via the message board (I think).
UPDATE: Well, I went ahead and uploaded the full size image (1280x1024). Here is the URL for those interested.

Bullseye desktop background
Re: Bullseye desktop background
Well that makes sense, apart from the fact that it's got a dog on it.

??? Buster is a dog in Toy Story and that graphic is intended to look like a dog, no imagination necessary. Debian 10 = codename Buster.ticojohn wrote:Man, you have a great imagination.Lysander wrote:Well that makes sense, apart from the fact that it's got a dog on it.

Re: Bullseye desktop background
Okay. I give. After looking at it I can see the dog. Guess I'm the one without imagination. I just took an image from Buster /usr/share/images/desktop-base/ and made some mods. Shame on me! But if you use your imagination, maybe it's a pointer nose horse.sunrat wrote: ??? Buster is a dog in Toy Story and that graphic is intended to look like a dog, no imagination necessary. Now you're the one with a wild imagination, horses have pointy ears and blunt noses for starters.ticojohn wrote: But if you use your imagination, maybe it's a pointer nose horse.
There was a competition to select the default theme for Bullseye which was won by the current theme "Homeworld" One was a submission by the creator of the Buster theme called "gradientMotion" which is meant to depict a horses mane (I quite like it actually). You can find all the submitted themes at:

I know horses. Grew up on a farm. I was trying to be funny in order to cover up my foolishness.sunrat wrote: Now you're the one with a wild imagination, horses have pointy ears and blunt noses for starters.
