I am new to this forum and all I can say is 'wow'.
How does it come that there is so many unanswered questions ranging from 2017 - 2022?
Shouldn't request older than 5 years or something become closed automatically?

You're mistaking the volunteer run Debian user forums for a paid support ticket system.
Stable / Asus VivoBook X421DA / AMD Ryzen 7 3700U / Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx (Picasso) / 8 GB RAM / 512GB NVMe

+1
And if you're referring to this kind of thing (posted in February, you reply today):
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=151408&p=753417#p753417
It's because it's a poorly researched, badly phrased question from an original poster who has clearly made next to no effort before posting it. When I see those kind of posts, I also tend to make zero effort in my responses.
