I'm currently noob starting out with debian. I just did a fresh debian install on a macbook pro, but the problem is if i try to do usermod it tells me that is not installed. Then i added 'ALWAYS_SET_PATH yes' to /etc/login.defs. But now it gives me the error 'unknown item 'ALWAYS_SET_PATH'' when i run usermod. Please help me as i have an exam tomorrow and i NEED to get internet working.
EDIT: The problem is with usermod not modprobe
Thanks in advance,
garuda
