Hi!I have installed Debian 10.1 Buster 64 bit on my laptop.

I ran command apt update && apt upgrade as below and the following firmware warnings appeared.Is this something I should be concerned about and how can I fix it?

The module is for your ethernet card, how is that working?

My output of the apt search command is exactly like yours as below.So how do we fix the issue?

firmware-realtek: /lib/firmware/rtl_nic/rtl8107e-2.fw
I never use ethernet card since I am always on wifi so would not know if the card is ok.

If you got a realtek ethernet card (check using lspci) you can install the firmware-realtek package.

The card is OK and there is no need to install the firmware-realtek package; it may work perfectly well without it anyway. I have a Realtek Ethernet device and it works fine without its proprietary binary firmware. However, some folks are finicky and might install it just to get rid of the "Possible missing firmware" warning.
