Bullseye: "no bootable device"

#1 Post by Moltke »

Hi everyone! Hope you're all having anice life! :)

I installed Bullseye in an USB stick, I used debian-bullseye-DI-alpha3-amd64-netinst.iso, Installation went fine; after install and reboot system booted properly, and I was able to login. I didn't install any DE but worked in text-mode only. I rebooted and logged in to Buster and did a web search on how to connect to my wireless via command line because I had no idea, once I found that, I tried booting again Bullseye, but it didn't work this time; I got "no bootable device" error. This is the contents of grub.cfg file on EFI/debian dir:

Code: Select all

search.fs_uuid e299d1ba-a435-40cd-b7fc-18f56f3a74bc root hd1,gpt2
set prefix=($root)'/boot/grub'
configfile $prefix/grub.cfg
In that directory I see these files:

Any help/advice is great appreciated. Thanks! :)
