Yesterday, I removed teamviewer host-version and now the system is stable. This is the story and I am sorry that I didnot mention teamviewer at the beginning. It looks the system is fine and if something different occurs, I will add more statement here.
Hello hopefulp,
Thanks for sharing the update and the solution with the forum. Only one final comment. Your computer is quite powerful as per cpu, memory and disks. Therefore, if teamviewer server is the culprit, it was draining a lot of cpu resource, really. Consequently, if you were unaware of it, it is plausible to assume that someone else was accessing your computer by teamviewver without let you know.

I'm thinking of starting a thread about swap death... [..] recover the computer from sleep mode.. is a pain in the B***.. up to 20-30 minutes [..]
@Marie SWE: OK, I'm looking forward for you to open the thread about such an interesting topic. See you soon.

Though I have removed teamviewer as my friend advised, eventually nothing was changed. And there is a difficulty in finding when the system slows down because it happens one or two days have passed and only I found that the system got wrong in the next morning. As your guys advice, I will report one more time after the system slows down.
I will report memory, swap, cpu fan, cpu usage and journal report.
But I don't understand how to stop gnome during I use gnome desktop.
And debian is installed in NVME, and Windows in SSD, and HDD is just data storage. Then, how you can say that swap memory is in HDD?
As I have installed debion OS in NVME, the swap memory will be in NVME.
Grub is written like this. Is there any wrong?
----------------------------------------------------------------
GRUB_DEFAULT=0
GRUB_TIMEOUT=5
GRUB_DISTRIBUTOR=`lsb_release -i -s 2> /dev/null || echo Debian`
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet"
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=""

What do you exactly mean ?

As you correctly points out, your swap partition is on the NVME disk (third partition: /dev/nvme0n1p3), not the HDD (as you can see, the previous output reports ID-3 prefix for both HDD and swap partition: this was probably cause the of the misunderstanding). Nevertheless, even if it is not you configuration, it could be technically possible to configure the swap partition on a disk different from operating system's one.

sorry
I was newly awake when I wrote my post.. so I missed the keyword at the end of the second line.. You can see that I highlighted id3 and that was where I missed a bit before my coffee
So the two id3 was on two different disks, one hdd and the other nvme and swap on nvme yes..
Sorry

You only have one life, so make the most of it and enjoy it while you can.

I had restarted the system one day before and the system is slow again. I have used VB in short time and turn off to know whether VB affect the system or not. Now the typing in terminal or writing here is ok but when I use mouse, the response is very slow in changing the pane or workspace and anything.
1. I cannot attach journalctl because it is over 1MB.
2. cpu looks stable
(base) joonho@eta: ~$ sensors
amdgpu-pci-0100
Adapter: PCI adapter
vddgfx: +1.00 V
fan1: 324 RPM
temp1: +45.0°C (crit = +94.0°C, hyst = -273.1°C)
power1: 23.14 W (cap = 150.00 W)
Hi,
You can compress the system log before attaching it to a forum message, or use an external upload free service, as, for example, https://easyupload.io/ or similar.

Log suggests that there’s something wrong with gdm; you can try to install a different session manager (for example lightdm) and use it instead of gdm.

Now I have reinstalled OS with the same version of Debian 10. And I have installed VB, mendeley, zoom, teamviewer, and nabi and ibus for Korean. The system is now stable though I am afraid that how long this system would be stable. I will comment again when the system go bad.

Thank you for all the discussions.
I didnot know that I come to the same situation so quickly. After I have installed Debian again, I used it about one week and I thought there might be no problem. On the last day of the above message, I have installed teamviewer and passing weekends, the system is the same situation of sluggish status. Now I removed teamviewer again.
The combination of all the above application listed above seems to make a problem.
Eventually the system is OK after removing teamviewer. It seems that there is a problem in using teamviewer with VB where both virtual machine would collide.
