LVM raw devices

#1 Post by sperezz »

Hi,

I'm new to Debian, I'm trying to create raw devices over LVM, but I can't get them to be permanent.
I have created the statup file /etc/udev/rules.d/60-raw.rules but over reboot the /dev/raw/rawctl file don't exist.
I am using Debian 10 buster x64 version.

Thanks for any help,

SP

I found the solution, I was so simple I felt dummy
Load module on /etc/modules
The udev script was migrated from CentOS and it was necessary to change /bin/raw to /usr/sbin/raw
