Failed to start Raise network interfaces

I'm running Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye).

I am getting the error listed when booting my my system. It runs for about 90 seconds before finally booting into Debian. I have googled and tried three or four solutions, but I"m not sure if I'm doing any of them correctly as the problem persists and I'm a complete beginner at Debian.

Could be missing firmware as advised in your screenshot. Did you "See https://wiki.debian.org/Firmware for information about missing firmware" as also advised in your screenshot?

I installed non-free 11.1.0.
